Graphics Request
To request special graphics or publications to be made such as banners/posters, mailers, invite cards, web graphics, and more. Contact jbarnes@southpointccc.com with any edits, etc.

Video Request
To request creation and/or inclusion of ANYTHING that has to do with video (even if you’re providing the video for use in a service). Contact thanson@southpointccc.com with any edits, etc.

Promotional Table/Display Request
To request to have a table/display in the lobby during weekend services for promotion of an event, etc. To review a prior submission, click here.

Photography Request
To request to have a photographer(s) at your Southpoint affiliated event. Contact photography@southpointccc.com with any edits, etc.

Room Request – Trenton
Room Request – Allen Park
To request to use a room for ministry-related classes, small events, groups, and meetings. (For non-Southpoint affiliated events such as baby showers, parties, etc, you must use the “Building Use Request” form below, which is only applicable to the Trenton Campus.) Building Use Request
To request to use a room at the Trenton or Allen Park locations for non-Southpoint affiliated events such as parties, etc. You can review the calendars for current room availability online at southpointccc.com/calendar.

Event Request
To propose a larger-scale event, this form helps to communicate more details to the office, which are then reviewed before final approval. It also provides a checklist of sorts for further contacts you may need to make. (This should be completed for things like men’s and women’s events, large scale children’s or family events, etc.)

Become a Group Leader
Groups are an important part of our community. It’s where people grow spiritually and connect relationally to others in the church. If you are interested in leading a group, fill out this interest form. We will talk and see if this is the best place for you to serve at Southpoint.

If you are already an approved Group Leader and want to register your group for the upcoming semester fill this out.

New Ministry Team Request
Have a passion to serve God in an exciting NEW way? Team is part of The Next 9! This form will help us see your vision and how it could fit into our mission as a new team, or under the umbrella of an already existing ministry.

Background Check Request
You should only need to submit this if a ministry leader has instructed you to.

Financial Approval / Check Request
