NOTICE – As of November 20, 2014, the submission deadline has been increased to be three weeks in advance of the first publication date. (Submit by 10am on the Monday that is three business weeks prior to the weekend you want first print/promo to be active.)
To request special graphics or publications to be made such as Banner/Poster(s) for in-house use, External Advertisement, Invite Card (glossy/etc.), Web Graphic, and more.
To request creation and/or inclusion of ANYTHING that has to do with video (even if you’re providing video), except for the basic host speaking in “The Point”. (If you want some unique video footage ADDED to “The Point”, then, yes, it must be requested with this form, along with a “Publication Request Form”.)
To propose a larger-scale event, this form helps to communicate more details to the office, which are then reviewed before final approval. It also provides a checklist of sorts for further contacts you may need to make. (This should be completed for things like men’s and women’s events, large scale children’s or family events, etc.)

To request to use a room for ministry-related classes, small events, groups, and meetings. (For non-Southpoint affiliated events such as baby showers, parties, etc, you must use the “Building Use Request” form below, which is only applicable to the Trenton Campus.) For larger scale ministry events, you will also need to complete the “Event Request” form above. Building Use Request
To request to use a room at the Trenton Campus for non-Southpoint affiliated events such as baby showers, parties, etc. Please be sure to review all four pages of this document prior to submitting.
