Publication Request
To request publication in the weekly program (text only), website, online signups, pre-service slides, and basic read-by-the-host lines in “The Point” video announcements.

Room Request
To request to use a room for ministry-related classes, small events, groups, and meetings. (For non-Southpoint affiliated events such as baby showers, parties, etc, you must use the “Building Use Request” form below. For larger scale ministry events, you will also need to complete the “Event Request” form below.) You can review the calendar for current room availability online at southpointccc.com/calendar

Graphics Request
To request special graphics or publications to be made such as Banner/Poster(s) for in-house use, External Advertisement, Invite Card, Web Graphic, and more. Note, you do NOT need to use this form for slides that would already be covered by the Publication Request Form for the pre-service slides and The Point.

Video Request
To request creation/inclusion of ANYTHING that has to do with video (even if you’re creating it), except for the basic host speaking in “The Point”. (If you want some unique video footage ADDED to “The Point”, then, yes, it must be requested with this form.)

Table Usage Request
To request to have a table in the lobby during weekend services for promotion of an event, etc.

Event Request
To propose a larger-scale event, this form helps to communicate more details to the office, which are then reviewed before final approval. It also provides a checklist of sorts for further contacts you may need to make. (This should be completed for things like men’s and women’s events, large scale children’s or family events, etc.)

Building Use Request
To request to use a room for non-Southpoint affiliated events such as baby showers, parties, etc. Please be sure to review all four pages of this document prior to submitting. You can review the calendar for current room availability online at southpointccc.com/calendar

C-Group Request
To request to begin a Southpoint supported C-Group, please fill out this form, and then you will be contacted by a ministry leader for further confirmation.

Leadership Training Interest Form
If you are interested in leading a Southpoint supported C-Group, but need to take leader training or have other questions answered, fill out this form, and you will be contacted by a ministry leader.
